Charles River Films was started by Heather Langone in 2006 as a platform for her own material. Since then, along with her crew at CRF, she has produced several award winning scripts and festival circuit films including: The Binds That Tie Us (Official Selection 2010 Burbank Film Festival), This is Your Captain (Winner Top Ten Scripts-TV Pilots at The Great Lakes Film Festival), The Money Shot (2008 Cannes Film Festival, Short Film Corner; Sold to The Mini-Movie Channel), Under the Peel (Finalist Top 200/2006 American Screen Gem and Write Brothers Screenwriting Competition) and The Secret Fantasy Life of Maximillion Finklestein(Official Selection 2011 Audience Choice Film Festival; Top 10 Audience rating Feb. & May 2011). She has also co-produced the award-winning shorts Delia and Award Winning. Currently, Funkle Fattie, a feature script written by Langone, has been adapted into a novel which is available on Amazon. Also Delia and The Secret Fantasy Life of Maximillion Finklestein are playing festivals nationwide.
